Plated jewellery is not permanent. Plating naturally softens over time with wear, sweat and moisture, and how quickly depends on how the piece is worn and stored. Gentle care helps it look its best for longer.
Can I wear it in water or while exercising?
We recommend removing it before bathing, swimming, exercising or sleeping, and keeping it away from water, sweat, chemicals and sanitiser.
How should I clean it?
Wipe gently with a soft, dry, lint-free or microfibre cloth. Please do not soak it, and avoid toothpaste, baking soda, abrasive polish or jewellery dips, as these can damage plating.
How should I store it?
Store it in its Adila pouch or box, in a cool, dry place away from bathrooms and direct sunlight, with each piece kept separate so they do not scratch or tangle.
