Adding a Product to your shopping cart does not reserve that Product.

Products remain available for purchase by other customers until your Order has been accepted by Adila.

If a Product becomes unavailable after an Order has been placed, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and process an appropriate refund where required.

70. Interpretation

Unless the context otherwise requires:

• words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa;
• references to one gender include every gender;
• headings are included for convenience only and do not affect interpretation;
• references to "including" or "includes" mean "including without limitation";
• references to legislation include amendments, replacements and subordinate legislation made under such legislation.

If translated into another language for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency, subject to applicable law.

80. Feedback

Adila values customer feedback regarding its Products and services.

By voluntarily providing suggestions or feedback, you acknowledge that:

• Adila may consider such suggestions;
• Adila is under no obligation to implement them;
• no compensation shall become payable solely because such suggestions are considered or adopted.

This clause does not affect your ownership of any independent intellectual property you may hold.
