In case, the product is not how you expected, we offer an exchange of another product of the same value, or a life-time store credit in your Adila account. You also have an option of transferring that amount into a gift card and giving it your loved ones!
Exchange: The exchange should take place within 2 days of purchase.
Returns: As soon as you receive the product, Please inform Adila using following contact details within 24 hours. If the 24 hours return policy is met, the amount of the product will returned to you within 5 working days after receiving the product at Adila office.

- In the event of making an exchange or return, place the unused merchandise in the original Adila packaging accompanied with the invoice, certificate and insurance policy and seal it.
- Items showing any sign of wear or that have been altered or tampered with (by anyone/entity besides Adila) or damaged in any manner will not be accepted for exchange.
- Once the exchange is confirmed and approved by Adila, your exchanged item shall be processed at the earliest.
